Ana is a terrific personal trainer, I suffer with two different back problems and sciatic nerve pain down my leg, she was able to train me gently yet effectively for not only back and shoulder rehabilitation but toning, regaining lost exercise régime and structure and got me back to feeling myself again and her training helped to reduce the pain’s in my body. Ana is a really skilled trainer in fitness but also her Pilate’s background is really helpful and corrects posture, she has a very nice calm way about her and just spending an hour with this very special lady you will feel de-stressed and stronger to take on this fast paced world we live in, everyone need’s Ana in their life to help them reach their personal fitness and strength goals.

Ana is a great instructor!
Ana showed me how to use my core, to work on my breathing to strengthen my core, and exercise muscles I hardly used. I’m most impressed with the way she studied my posture and my movements and then delivered an accurate analysis of where my problems were. She devised an exercise program that has helped alleviate my recurring back pain and other associated problems. As a result I have stopped going to physiotherapy on regular basis for a quick fix since I started Pilates with Ana. I can’t thank her enough for her knowledge and insights that makes the sessions with her tremendously effective and enjoyable.
